Panda High-Precision Piston Water Meter Calibration Test Bench
Panda high-precision piston water meter calibration test bench consists of a water source system, a piston system, a meter clamping pipeline, a flow regulating device, a standard device system, a commutator device, and a software control system. An electronic scale isused for real-time comparison with the piston, Automatic meter inspection, one-button operation; the pump group uses our Panda SRl vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump, and the device has a built-in heating and constant temperature system.
● Supports the verification and calibration of ultrasonic water meters, ultrasonic heat meters and mechanical water meters.
● Supports automatic modification, addition, and editing of communication protocols
● Supports the addition and customization of external control points such as valves.
● Different users and management levels can be added.
● The software supports the verification of the start-stop method, commutator method. and
● flow-time method.
● The software standard can select the mass method, standard meter method, and piston method.
● Supports self-verification of the commutator. The testing system supports pulse acquisition, image acqulsition, M-BUS, and RS485/232acquisition
